RESORT’S POLICY

• Parties or small gathering inside  rooms require CLEARANCE from resort management
• NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS on resort premises unless approved by management.Otherwise, CORKAGE will be assessed.
• In-house guest visitors are not allowed in the guest room beyond 10:00 pm. beyond this time, visitors shall be require to register and be charged of P250 p/person p/night.
• We shall advise our guests that please limit the number of your visitors inside your room or within premises in order to give other GUEST PRIVACY.
• Management shall require ID each of your Guest prior to make an entry into premises to secure other resort’s Guest.
• The resort shall not be held liable for the loss of valuable things and money. Please deposit them to our safety box free of charge. Please ask the receptionist for   assistance
• For courtesy of other Guest, please observe Silence!

• Pre-payment is required prior to check-in
• 30% deposit is required prior to room booking confirmation
• All deposits are non- refundable if reservation cancelled 3 days before intended date of check-in
• Please take note that NO credit or debit card, travelers check, personal check are being accepted in the resort
• Bring your bank transfer receipt with you when coming to resort
• We reserved the right to limit the number of room occupancy
• Resort published room rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Meals and Local transfer (From Siargao port / airport to Resort) are excluded, however we can arrange your local transfer if you wish
  

Check in and cancellation Policy:

• All bookings required 20% deposit
• No refunds will be made if booking cancel 2 weeks before the arrival date schedule.
• 3 weeks in advance cancellation notice is required in order to refund the payment deposit.
• No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
• Pre-payment required prior to check in
• Overnight guest is required to pay full amount prior to check in
• I.D/ Passport required upon checking in
• If cancellation occurs right after signing a check in form, a charge of one night’s room rate will be assessed.
• Booking guest (online/call) who has not made deposits shall require 50% down payment from the total accommodations reserved prior to check in.
• Late checkout during peak season will be charged equivalent to one night accommodation
• Request for early check in or late checkout will be considered subject to availability.
• All guest are required to  settle their account a night before check out
• If you wish to extend your stay, please inform the receptionist in advance notice.
